KanjiKanji makes it easy to discover, memorize and review the writing characters of the Japanese language.
KanjiKanji provides a synoptic view on the kanji that you have selected (the map of kanji) and makes it possible to “travel” inside these kanji : to go from a kanji to the words which use it, to go from a kanji to an other kanji of which it is a component, to go from a word to the kanji which compose it, …
The detailed card of the kanji or of the word inform you, especially, of its reading (kun and on) and of its meaning.
The selection criteria of the kanji are various : grade (school year), JLPT level, number of strokes, radical.
The Apple Watch app displays a kanji randomly selected among the kanji matching the criteria you have selected on the iPhone app. Every time you tap the kanji displayed on the Apple Watch, a new kanji appears.
KanjiKanji uses the JMdict, and KANJIDIC dictionary files. These files are the property of the Electronic Dictionary Research and Development Group (www.edrdg.org).
